The risk is a less controlled environment may not be suitable for every type of employee and is not conducive to group efforts which may be required. As such, human resources will have to develop and implement strategies to mitigate this risk and ensure accountability with employees and suitable productivity.

Innovative systems are needed to make such unbounded systems thrive.
